2.1 overall dimension: the overall dimension shall meet the requirements of product drawing.

Needle shaft / needle tube: copper alloy meeting rohs2.0 reach California 65 environmental protection requirements. After turning, the parts are electroplated. The general electroplating treatment method is: nickel base + gold plating (the electroplating scheme can be designed according to the customer's performance requirements: including composite coatings with some complex processes)
Spring: stainless steel SUS304 is plated with gold (there are many kinds of spring steel wires. In order to ensure product quality, our company only selects Japanese fine wire)
